We’re looking for a highly analytical, creative, and channel-fluent Paid Media Coordinator to plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across retail media networks, paid social, paid search, and emerging platforms.

This role is responsible for driving efficient traffic and sales to our full catalog of games across Amazon, Walmart, Target, DSS.com, and other digital shelves. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Creative to develop winning ad strategies, guide creative development, test audiences/keywords, analyze data, and turn insights into action.

This role requires equal parts hands-on execution, data-driven decision making, and strong communication skills.

Essential duties and responsibilities: The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.

Amazon Media Buying: Sponsored Search, Brands, Display - 35%

  • Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel Amazon Ads campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display across Amazon US and international accounts.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to support each campaign strategy.
  • Work with the creative team to develop creative assets for Sponsored Brands headlines, lifestyle imagery, and Store spotlight units.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjust bids/targets, and ensure efficiency against ROAS/ACOS goals
  • Partner with the Sales and Product Team team on listing optimization, Amazon Store updates, seasonal plans, and new product launches.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, work with vendor partners, and experiment with new betas.

Retail Media Buying - Walmart Connect & Target Roundel - 25%

  • Manage paid campaigns across Walmart Connect including Sponsored Search, Sponsored Brands and DSP
  • Contribute keyword, audience, and SKU-level strategy for full-catalog campaigns and priority title pushes.
  • Execute targeted campaigns on Target Roundel, including Paid Search and Display
  • Build retail media calendars aligned with retail promotions, new launches, holidays, and themed selling periods.
  • Analyze media performance in the context of retailer sales + organic lift; share insights with Sales and Leadership.

Paid Social - 25%

  • Plan and optimize campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube and exploratory channels (Pinterest, Reddit etc.), and other emerging social platforms.
  • Build audience strategies including interest targeting, lookalikes, keyword targeting, remarketing, and creator-driven amplification.
  • Initiate A/B testing across paid social channels, report back on tests and analyze trends
  • Ensure quality assurance on all ads, creatives, copywriting, launch dates, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with Creative on asset creation, including UGC, lifestyle videos, static ads. Write ad copy that mirrors our brand voice.

Data Analytics & Reporting - 10%

  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards that track ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, new-to-brand metrics, and product-level performance.
  • Provide weekly insights to Sales, Ecommerce, and Leadership with clear recommendations on spend shifts, strategy adjustments, and testing priorities.
  • Analyze retail media performance in connection with organic ranking, inventory, and PDP readiness.
  • Use learnings to shape future seasonal strategies, new launch plans, and full-catalog scaling opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management - 5%

  • Coordinate creative briefs and timelines with internal Creative and external partners.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure campaigns launch on time with proper tracking, approvals, and QA in place.
  • Support the marketing & sales teams with data-driven insights for retailer meetings and internal decision making.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Amazon Ads, paid social and retail media networks
  • Proven success executing campaigns across multiple platforms (Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads/YouTube).
  • Understanding of keyword and audience research, competitive audits, and full-funnel strategy.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, diagnose performance issues, and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to support and understand the full DSS catalog and tailor media strategies for different game types, audiences, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn new things

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with retail media networks including Walmart Connect and Target Roundel.
  • Comfortability with creative asset creation, implementation and copywriting
  • Knowledge of DSP, advanced segmentation, or multi-channel attribution models.
  • Experience in consumer goods, CPG, or toy/game categories.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
  • Familiarity with the following programs:
    • Helium10
    • Supermetrics, LookerStudio, Tableau (or similar reporting software)
    • Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
    • Monday.com
    • Slack
    • Adobe Express
