As one of our Graphic Designers, you will play a crucial role in the creative process of designing and producing the designed elements of our social games. You will collaborate closely with the product development and marketing teams to bring our ideas to life through high quality design.

Reports To: Project Manager 

Schedule:  Part-time, primarily on Tuesdays, and either Thursdays or Fridays. Available to work in the office at least one of the assigned days, preferably Tuesday.

Exempt, part-time position

Responsibilities:

Design - Production - 50%

• Prepare design files for print including laying out cards, back package, components and instructions
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of design deliverables, conducting thorough reviews and proofing
• Collaborate with supply chain team to ensure files are properly stored and transmitted to manufacturing partners

Design - Concepting - 25%

• Create concepts for cover art for new games 
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine visual concepts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project goals 
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and production, to ensure seamless project execution

Marketing - 25%

• Design layouts for company website (hosted on Shopify)
• Design graphics for various Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, Pinterest, YouTube)
• Design templates for email campaigns 
• Design Amazon A+ content for product pages

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience as a graphic designer.
• Experience designing physical products 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and visually appealing design work
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Familiarity with printing processes and requirements for physical product production
• Knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for web-based design projects

Compensation Range:

• 8-18 hours / week 
• $45-60 / hr depending on experience and fit
