Welcome to DSS GAMES!

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Accounting Manager who thrives in the fun and dynamic environment of a growing business, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. This is a high-ownership role that blends day-to-day accounting execution with strategic financial oversight. You’ll manage our accounting operations from end to end — from monthly closes and reconciliations to budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and inventory cost analysis — while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

This role will be the backbone of our in-house accounting function, transitioning processes from external providers where needed, improving systems, and improving on our established procedures as our business continues to scale. While an individual contributor to start, you’ll collaborate closely with leadership, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Sales to deliver accurate financials, actionable insights, and operational support.
